How it works

From "this is hard" to a plan you follow every day. Here is exactly what happens, step by step.

  1. Name what is hard

Pick the issue closest to what you are going through. You can only work on one at a time, so the plan stays focused.

    • Anxiety, low mood, sleep, stress, job loss or family conflict
    • Each issue has its own research-based plan
    • Some issues suggest a professional alongside the app
  2. A short, private check-in

Answer a few questions, including standard questionnaires like GAD-7 for worry or PHQ-9 for mood. This sets your starting point.

    • Takes about 5 minutes
    • Safety questions come first. If you are in danger, help comes before any plan
    • Your answers stay private and encrypted
  3. Get your plan

The app builds a 4 to 8 week plan of small steps from a library reviewed by clinical psychologists (PhD or PsyD) and psychiatrists (MD). Each step shows why it helps and where the evidence comes from.

    • See every week before you start
    • Choose your start date and reminder times
    • Add an optional faith track from your tradition
  4. Do a few small things each day

Each morning the Today screen shows 2 to 4 tasks, 5 to 20 minutes in total. Tick them off, or mark them partly done.

    • Reminders at times you choose, on every device
    • Guided tools for each step: breathing, grounding, thought records
    • Coach chat when you are stuck
  5. Life happens. That’s fine.

Missed a few days? The calendar shows them as a quiet dotted circle, never a red cross. You choose how to pick up again.

    • Carry on from where you are
    • Repeat the last day
    • Spread the remaining steps out
  6. Check in each week

Every week, a short check-in shows how things are moving, in plain words. If a step isn’t helping, the app suggests a different one. You decide.

    • Scores shown as change, never as labels
    • The plan adapts, with your yes
    • If things aren’t improving, a gentle suggestion to talk to a professional
  7. Look back, and keep going

At the end, see what helped most. Then keep the progress with lighter weekly steps, or start on a second issue.

    • A clear summary of what changed
    • Keep the steps that worked
    • Share your story, only if you want to

What the AI does, and what it never does

It does

  • Picks and orders steps from the reviewed library to fit you
  • Writes a short, friendly intro to your day
  • Answers questions about your plan in coach chat

It never

  • Writes new clinical advice
  • Invents a verse, hadith or quote
  • Tells you to start, stop or change medication
  • Uses your data to train AI models

Safety first, on every screen

The "Get help now" button is on every screen of the app, calm and always free. It shows helplines for your country. If anything you write suggests you may be in danger, the app stops the plan and shows help first.
